Questions, answered
Which size should I order?
We run XS to 2XL, and our sizes mean what they say — no vanity sizing, and no mysterious "free size" that fits precisely nobody. The most reliable method: take a kurti you already love, measure it flat, and hold those numbers against our size chart. If you land between two sizes, go up. Our cuts are meant to skim, not cling.
Will the colour look like it does in the photos?
Very nearly. We shoot in natural light and we don't push the colour in editing, because nobody enjoys opening a parcel and meeting a completely different garment. That said, every screen tells a small lie of its own — a deep indigo on your laptop may read a shade softer on your phone. Texture and drape, in our experience, always come across better in person than on any screen.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is complimentary on every order. There is no minimum to unlock, no threshold to creep up to, and no need to add a sixth item to your cart purely out of spite. It is simply free.
What if it doesn't work out?
You have seven days from delivery. Send it back unworn with the tags still attached and we'll sort it out — no interrogation, no guilt trip. We have all bought something at one in the morning that felt like a different decision by daylight. Write to us at help@sarushi.com and we'll take it from there.
How do I keep it looking new?
Gently. Cold hand wash or a gentle machine cycle, no wringing, dry in the shade, and press on a low iron. Treat it roughly and it will hold the grudge in the form of creases you cannot argue your way out of. Check the care label on your piece if you're unsure — it always wins the argument.
Is it acceptable to wear the same kurti twice in one week?
Twice in one day, if the day calls for it. We make clothes to be lived in rather than archived, and the entire point of a piece you love is that you reach for it more often than is strictly reasonable. Anyone keeping count has too much time on their hands.
