Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please note that refunds are not available โ€” only exchanges will be processed.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it โ€” unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll confirm your exchange approval via email.
After approval, you may place a new order for the replacement item as per instructions provided.


Refunds

Please note that Sarushi does not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your order.
